Georgia Tech Living Learning Communities
Living Learning Communities are an academic strategy that link academics to on-campus living. Each Georgia Tech community is an integrated experience that promotes interactions between faculty and students, fosters collaboration among students, improves student GPA, enhances campus and civic engagement, increases retention, and eases both the academic and social transition to college.
LIVING LEARNING COMMUNITIES
Students admitted to Georgia Tech can apply to Global Leadership, Grand Challenges, the Honors Program, Science and Math Research Training (SMaRT), and Science, Health, and Related Professions (SHaRP) Living Learning Communities. While each of these communities offers a different focus, they all have required academic coursework, a first year living requirement, and the option to continue living with members of the community in nearby apartments as upper-level students. All admitted students can apply via their admission portal. Please visit each community's website to learn more and find contact and visit information.
